The rooms at ibis Styles Bielsko Biala were cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. With free WiFi and a safe, we had everything we needed. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was a nice touch, and the free bottled water was greatly appreciated. We loved the attention to detail!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the size of the room. It felt a bit snug for our family, but others may still find it comfortable.

Got a good price and allthough on the edge of town (but close to the footy ground), bus stops right outside 4 times an hour. Good wi-fi connection all over hotel, good breakfast.

the frienliness and helpfullness of the staff.their ability to communicate with me was good although there was one reception member of staff whos english was excellent..............i will have to learn the basics of polish to thank her when i return. the staff always had a smile on their face and the restaurant staff were also very helpfull.
I would have liked the menu to be more varied and was hoping for more traditional cooking...........even so, the food was good and healthy. I found the chair in the room wasnt comfortable if you were staying in read or watch tv.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The location, surrounded by the beautiful Beskidy Mountains, provided a stunning backdrop for my stay. It was easy to get a taxi into the center and there was a shopping mall with many restaurants nearby.
No concerns or improvements needed.

It would have been nice to have a/c in the room or a fan it was summer and very hot. Also the bathroom was cleaned every day but we only got shower gel on the first day, luckily we had brought some with us.other wise it was very good.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. Situated in the mountains, it provided a fairly quiet atmosphere while still being close to a shopping mall with many restaurants. The hotel staff was attentive and went above and beyond. The basic amenities in the modern and clean rooms, although small in size and lacking fridges or bathtubs, were comfortable. The breakfast provided was tasty and a great start to the day.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Location good to reach my customer. Food is good. New lift.
Room in desperate need of redecoration, but have been told, that all rooms should be finished by end of year.

This hotel has a great location, being in the town centre and close to everything. it is located near a shopping mall, which has a lot of restaurants to choose from. the room and bathroom are clean and the staff provides good service.
Sadly, the breakfast is too expensive as extra.

I recently stayed at a converted communist-era hotel in Bielsko-Biala for a few days. The hotel, now an Ibis Styles, exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was varied and even included a special cakes festival before Christmas, giving me the chance to taste delicious Polish pastries. The staff, especially the young and friendly waitresses at breakfast, receptionists, and housekeeping department, were always helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, with the only noise being from the busy road outside due to the windows not being sound-proof. my stay was enjoyable and I appreciated the effort made to modernize the hotel.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
